Which Hyderabad areas we serve and how fast care can start

Where we place live-in caregivers, attendants and nurses across Hyderabad, why distance does not matter for live-in care, and how to check your area.

Hyderabad is a large, spread-out city, and with commuting caregivers travel time decides whether a shift starts on time. With live-in care it does not. Our caregivers, attendants and nurses move into the home for the duration of the arrangement, so a villa in Tellapur is no harder to serve than a flat in Ameerpet. Here is how coverage and start times work in practice.

Areas we serve

  • North: Secunderabad and its colonies (Marredpally, Tarnaka, Bowenpally, Alwal, Sainikpuri)
  • North-west: Kukatpally, KPHB, Nizampet, Miyapur, Bachupally
  • West: Madhapur and Hitec City, Kondapur, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, Kokapet, Tellapur, Manikonda
  • Central-west: Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Somajiguda, Punjagutta, Film Nagar, Yousufguda
  • Central: Ameerpet, SR Nagar, Begumpet, Khairatabad, Lakdikapul, Nampally
  • South-west: Mehdipatnam, Tolichowki, Masab Tank, Attapur
  • East and south-east: Uppal, Habsiguda, Nagole, LB Nagar, Kothapet, Dilsukhnagar, Malakpet, Saroornagar

If your area is not listed, ask. We cover most of the GHMC area and confirm availability on the call.

What matters more than distance

  • A place for the caregiver to rest: a spare room, or a clean corner with a bed
  • Meals or an agreed food allowance
  • Gated-community rules for live-in staff, so the caregiver's ID can be registered before moving in
  • Lift access and stairs, for patients with mobility limits
  • Languages spoken at home, so we match the caregiver

How fast care can start

  • Typical: within 24 to 48 hours of the assessment call
  • Same day: sometimes possible when a suitable caregiver is free; ask
  • Hospital discharge: contact us before the discharge date and the attendant or nurse can be at home when the patient arrives
  • Newborn care: book two to three weeks before the due date
  • Specific requests (gender, language, experience with a condition): earlier notice helps

Gated communities

Most communities in Gachibowli, Kukatpally, Kondapur and the Financial District require registration for live-in staff. Share the rules when you book and we complete the paperwork before the caregiver moves in.
