From your first call to care at home
Step 1: Call or WhatsApp
Tell us who needs care, where in Hyderabad, and what the doctor has advised. A discharge summary or prescription helps.
Step 2: Short assessment
We confirm the tasks, preferences for language and gender, where the live-in caregiver will rest, and any equipment at home.
Step 3: Written quote and match
You receive a written monthly quote. On your go-ahead we assign a caregiver, attendant or nurse briefed from your care sheet.
Step 4: Care begins, updates follow
Care usually within 24 to 48 hours of the assessment call. You get daily updates and a coordinator to call.

Yes. Most of our caregivers speak Telugu, and many speak Hindi and some English. Tell us the language your parent is most comfortable with.
Can children living abroad arrange care for parents in Hyderabad?
Yes. Many of our enquiries come from children in other cities or countries. We coordinate on WhatsApp or a call, share daily updates, and can speak to a local relative if you prefer.
Do you provide daytime-only or hourly care here?
No. All our care is 24/7 live-in. The caregiver, attendant or nurse stays in your home round the clock and rests when the person sleeps.
