Our caregivers

Attendants are chosen for physical capability, hygiene habits and reliability. We verify identity documents, discuss experience and brief them on the patient's condition and the family's expectations before the first day.

We match gender on request: male attendants for male patients and female attendants for female patients.

Questions families ask

Attendant Care: questions families ask

What does a patient attendant do?

A patient attendant assists with hygiene, feeding, moving safely and everyday needs, and stays with the patient as a constant presence, at home or in hospital, round the clock. Attendants do not perform clinical procedures.

What is the difference between an attendant and a caregiver?

In practice the roles overlap. We use 'attendant' for physical care of a patient during recovery or in hospital, and 'caregiver' for longer-term daily living support and companionship, usually for elders.

Can an attendant stay overnight in hospital?

Yes. Most Hyderabad hospitals allow one registered bystander; our attendant stays with the patient round the clock.

Do you have male and female attendants?

Yes. Tell us your preference when you enquire and we match accordingly, subject to availability.

How are hospital attendants charged?

Per day for hospital stays and per month for care at home. The exact figure depends on the patient's condition and duration. We give a written quote after a short call.

How much notice do you need?

As much as you can give. Hospital placements can often be arranged the same day; home placements usually within 24 hours.

Arrange attendant care for your family

A short call is enough to understand the situation and send a written quote. No commitment, and if a simpler arrangement would serve you better, we will say so.
