Shiva Kaartikeya Homecare Services is a Hyderabad-based home care provider that places trained live-in caregivers, patient attendants, newborn-care attendants and nurses in family homes across Hyderabad and Secunderabad, round the clock. Services include elderly care, patient care, baby and mother care, home nursing, post-hospitalisation care and bedridden patient care, all provided as 24/7 live-in care.
Scope
What we do, and what we don't
Being clear about limits is part of being trustworthy. If your situation needs something outside our scope, we will say so and point you in the right direction.
What we do
- Place trained live-in caregivers for elderly parents: daily living support and companionship, round the clock
- Place live-in patient attendants for recovery at home, and round-the-clock bystanders in hospital
- Place experienced live-in newborn and mother-care attendants
- Arrange qualified live-in nurses for clinical tasks prescribed by the treating doctor
- Provide replacement cover and a coordinator to call
- Keep families informed with daily updates
What we do not do
- Provide hourly, daytime-only or night-only care. All our care is 24/7 live-in
- Diagnose, prescribe or change treatment. That is the doctor's role
- Provide ICU-level or emergency care at home
- Ask caregivers to perform clinical procedures (injections, dressings, catheter or tube care). Only qualified nurses do these, as directed
- Provide general household maids, cooks or housekeeping as part of caregiving
- Make claims about certifications, numbers or reviews we cannot substantiate

Nurses engaged for home nursing hold recognised nursing qualifications (GNM, ANM, B.Sc Nursing), and we verify qualification documents before assignment. Nurses work strictly within the treating doctor's instructions.

Daily updates and escalation
Short WhatsApp updates every day, an immediate call for anything unusual, and a coordinator you can reach.
Replacement and continuity
If a caregiver is unwell, absent or not the right fit for your family, we arrange a replacement as quickly as possible and keep you informed throughout.
