On your go-ahead we assign a caregiver, attendant or nurse and brief them from your care sheet.

Care usually within 24 to 48 hours of the assessment call; discharge-day starts when arranged before discharge.

What information should I have ready?
Who needs care and their condition in a sentence or two, your area in Hyderabad, where the live-in caregiver would rest, and, for patients, the discharge summary or prescription if you have one. If you are unsure, just call; we will ask the right questions.
Is there a charge for the first call or assessment?
The initial call to understand your needs and prepare a written quote is part of our process. If a home visit is needed before care starts, we will tell you in advance whether there is any charge.
Can I request a specific gender or language for the caregiver?
Yes. We match gender and language (Telugu, Hindi, English) to your request, subject to availability. Requesting early helps.
