Who it helps

Who needs baby care

24/7 live-in care only. One trained caregiver, attendant or nurse stays in your home round the clock, seven days a week.

  • First-time parents

Everything is new. An experienced pair of hands in the house makes the first weeks calmer and helps you learn.

  • Recovery after delivery

After a C-section or a difficult delivery, the mother needs rest and should avoid lifting and bending.

  • No family support at home

Parents in Hyderabad whose own parents live in another town or cannot travel.

  • Twins or a demanding night routine

Someone in the house at night so parents can sleep.

What is included

What the service covers

  • Feeding routine support

Bringing the baby to the mother, positioning support, burping, and bottle preparation and sterilising where the family uses formula or expressed milk, following the mother's and paediatrician's chosen method.

  • Bathing and hygiene

Sponge or tub baths as the paediatrician advises, diaper changes, keeping the cord area clean and dry, nail and skin care.

  • Baby massage

Gentle massage in the traditional way where the family wants it and the paediatrician has no objection.

  • Sleep routines

Settling, swaddling if the family prefers, and following safe-sleep basics: on the back, on a firm surface, no loose bedding.

  • Night care

The attendant lives in and attends to the baby at night, so the mother wakes only to feed, or not at all if expressed milk or formula is used.

  • Soothing and observation

Recognising hunger, discomfort and tiredness cues, and telling the parents promptly about anything unusual: poor feeding, fever, unusual colour or breathing.

  • Support for the mother

Help with rest, light meals and fluids, keeping the mother's and baby's space clean, and respecting the family's postnatal customs.

  • Baby laundry and sterilising

Washing baby clothes, cloths and bedding; sterilising bottles and pump parts.

Newborn safety basics our attendants follow

  • Hand washing before handling the baby and after every diaper change
  • Safe sleep: baby on the back, firm surface, no pillows or loose blankets, no co-sleeping on sofas
  • Never leaving the baby unattended on a bed, changing table or in the bath
  • Supporting the head and neck; no shaking or vigorous jiggling
  • Bath water tested before use; never leaving the baby alone in water
  • Visitors with cough, cold or fever kept away from the baby
  • Telling the parents at once about poor feeding, fever, unusual sleepiness, colour change or breathing difficulty

Who will come to your home

Our caregivers

Baby-care attendants are selected for prior newborn experience, hygiene habits and a calm temperament. We check identity documents, discuss previous families they have worked with, and brief them on your paediatrician's instructions and your family's customs.

Tell us if you prefer a Telugu-, Hindi- or English-speaking attendant, or someone experienced with C-section recovery or twins. A coordinator checks in during the first days.

Questions families ask

Baby Care: questions families ask

What does a baby-care attendant do?

A baby-care attendant looks after the newborn's daily and night-time needs: feeding routine support, burping, bathing, massage where wanted, diapering, cord-area hygiene, soothing and sleep routines, and supports the mother's rest and recovery. The attendant lives in the home and follows the family's and paediatrician's instructions. The attendant does not give medical advice.

Does the attendant handle the nights?

Yes. All our care is 24/7 live-in, so the attendant is there for night diaper changes, settling and bringing the baby to the mother for feeds.

Does the attendant support breastfeeding?

The attendant supports whatever feeding routine the mother and doctor have chosen: positioning, timing, burping, and bottle preparation for expressed milk or formula. Feeding difficulties, latching problems or supply concerns are for your doctor or a lactation consultant.

Can the attendant also help the mother?

Yes. Helping the mother rest, eat and keep her space clean is part of the role. Household cooking and cleaning for the whole family are not, unless separately agreed.

How are baby-care attendants selected?

We check identity documents, discuss previous newborn experience and references, and orient the attendant on hygiene and safe-sleep basics before placement. We match language and any specific experience you ask for.

From which day can care start?

Care can start the day you come home from hospital if booked in advance. We recommend confirming before the due date so the attendant is ready.

What are the charges for live-in newborn care?

Charges are per month and depend on the duration and whether the attendant also supports the mother's recovery. We give a written quote after a short call about your needs.

Arrange baby care for your family

A short call is enough to understand the situation and send a written quote. No commitment, and if a simpler arrangement would serve you better, we will say so.
