Who it helps

Who needs elderly care

24/7 live-in care only. One trained caregiver, attendant or nurse stays in your home round the clock, seven days a week.

  • A parent living alone

Children working in another city or abroad want someone reliable to be present every day and every night, not just when something goes wrong.

  • After a fall, surgery or hospital stay

The elder is home but unsteady; bathing, stairs and getting to the toilet at night have become risky.

  • Early memory or judgement difficulties

Forgotten medicines, the stove left on, or wandering. A steady daily routine with one familiar caregiver helps.

  • A family caregiver who needs relief

A spouse or daughter-in-law has been managing alone and needs to sleep, work and rest without worry.

What is included

What the service covers

  • Daily activities

Waking, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and oral care, at the elder's pace and with dignity.

  • Meals and hydration

Preparing or serving meals as per the family's diet instructions, encouraging fluids, and noting appetite changes.

  • Medication reminders

Reminding and handing over medicines already prescribed and organised by the family or doctor; recording what was taken.

  • Mobility assistance

Support while walking, transferring from bed to chair, using a walker, and gentle movement as advised by the doctor or physiotherapist.

  • Fall prevention and safety

Keeping walkways clear, using non-slip mats, night lighting and staying within reach during risky moments like bathing.

  • Night-time help

Because the caregiver lives in, help with night toileting, a glass of water or a moment of confusion is always at hand.

  • Companionship

Conversation, reading the newspaper together, prayers, walks, television, phone calls with family. Being present, not just on duty.

  • Light, care-related housekeeping

Keeping the elder's room, bed and bathroom clean and tidy. General housework for the home is not part of caregiving.

  • Appointment escorts

Accompanying the elder to doctor visits, tests or the temple when the family arranges transport.

  • Family updates

A short daily update on WhatsApp covering meals, sleep, mood and medicines, and an immediate call if something is not right.

What a typical day looks like

Every plan is built around the elder's existing routine. A common day with a live-in caregiver runs like this:

  • Morning

Wake-up, toileting, bath, dressing, breakfast and morning medicines. A short walk on the balcony or in the colony if the doctor allows.

  • Midday

Lunch, medicines, rest. The caregiver tidies the room, refills water, and sends the family a quick update.

  • Afternoon

Companionship: newspaper, television, prayers, a phone call with grandchildren. Light exercises taught by the physiotherapist.

  • Evening and night

Tea, dinner, evening medicines, preparing for the night. The caregiver rests nearby and is up for any night-time need.

Who will come to your home

Our caregivers

Elderly-care caregivers are selected for patience and steadiness as much as skill. Before placement we check identity and address documents, discuss previous care experience and references, and brief the caregiver on your parent's routine, diet, medicines and preferences.

You can ask for a female or male caregiver and for someone who speaks Telugu, Hindi or English. A coordinator stays in touch after placement, and if the match is not right, we arrange a replacement.

Questions families ask

Elderly Care: questions families ask

What does an elderly caregiver do at home?

An elderly caregiver helps a senior citizen with daily living: bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, moving safely around the house, medication reminders and companionship. The caregiver lives in the home, so night-time help is included. Clinical tasks such as injections or wound care are done by a home nurse, not a caregiver.

How much does elderly care cost in Hyderabad?

Live-in elderly care is priced per month. The figure depends on how much physical support your parent needs and how long the care continues. We give a written quote after a short assessment call, and there is no obligation to proceed.

Can I get a female caregiver for my mother?

Yes. Tell us your preference for gender and language when you enquire, and we match accordingly. Availability can vary, so requesting early helps.

Does the caregiver stay at night?

Yes. All our care is 24/7 live-in. The caregiver stays in your home, rests when your parent sleeps, and is available for anything needed during the night.

What does the family need to provide for a live-in caregiver?

A clean place to sleep and keep belongings, meals, access to a bathroom, and reasonable rest time each day. We go through this on the assessment call.

Do caregivers help elders with memory loss or dementia?

Caregivers support elders with memory difficulties through a calm, consistent routine, supervision for safety and gentle reminders. Diagnosis and treatment remain with the doctor; where the doctor recommends nursing, we add nursing support.

How quickly can care start?

Usually within 24 to 48 hours of the assessment call, and sometimes the same day if a suitable caregiver is free. Post-discharge cases are prioritised.

What if my parent does not want a stranger at home?

This is common. We brief the caregiver on your parent's likes and dislikes, and we suggest a short trial period so your parent can get used to having someone around. Many elders come to look forward to the company.

Arrange elderly care for your family

A short call is enough to understand the situation and send a written quote. No commitment, and if a simpler arrangement would serve you better, we will say so.
